DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
Upon receiving the order, the client must verify that the package and its contents are in good condition.
If the package shows visible damage or signs of mishandling, the client should refuse delivery and notify Noro Laser immediately via email.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom and personalized nature of the services provided, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Custom designs
- Personalized items
- Services executed according to client specifications
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Returns or claims will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Errors caused by Noro Laser
In such cases, Noro Laser will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer:
- A replacement of the service, or
- A full refund
The client must notify the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
LIABILITY
Noro Laser will act with maximum diligence in providing the agreed services and delivering orders.
However, Noro Laser shall not be held responsible for:

SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders of 10 pieces or more → Free shipping
- Orders of fewer than 10 pieces → €4.80 shipping fee

DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

SHIPPING METHOD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOM SERVICES POLICY
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our laser cutting services, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
All orders are produced according to the specifications provided by the customer. For this reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all designs, files, dimensions, and instructions are correct before confirming the order.
NON-RETURNABLE SERVICES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom laser cutting services
- Personalized designs or made-to-order items
- Orders completed according to the customer’s specifications
Requests based on personal preferences (e.g., design choice, size selection, or change of mind) will not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We will only accept claims in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Errors caused by Noro Laser
If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, Noro Laser will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable)
RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is approved, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and not altered
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR CLAIMS
- If the issue is due to an error by Noro Laser, we will cover all shipping costs.
- In all other cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
